Macrobiotic Diet

The Macrobiotic Diet, along with other plant-based diets, has consistently proven to help lower the risk of heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. The power of plant-based foods can help reduce inflammation and decrease the risk of chronic diseases.

The main foods in a Macrobiotic Diet are whole grains, locally grown fresh veggies, sea vegetables, beans, lentils, chickpeas etc. You can also eat seasonal fruits, nuts and seeds. Meat, dairy, poultry, seafood and most other animal products, are recommended only once a month or to be eliminated completely

The Nutrition and Wellbeing Program, will teach you a non-diet approach to healthier eating habits. I will dive into an assessment of your daily routine and eating habits, to understand you on a deeper level. Together we will come up with a plan to navigate through some of your concerns and introduce new ways to a healthier life. The skills I will teach you I believe will stay with you for life and you will find yourself sharing your new skills with family and friends.
